At the status of Filled there should be no ability for the applicants to edit or remove their applications.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We are having issues with jobs/postings when they are at a status of filled, applicants can withdraw and edit their applications. We have found this happening a great deal with applicants that have been interviewed. In some cases they are editing compensation factors that cause issues and cause us to rerun the compensation all together. This issue will cause discrepancies with our regulatory reporting. |
This can be adjusted using the setting "Job Application Withdrawal Settings".
