Duplicating Hiring Manager & Panel Member Names in Panel Review for Staff Selection Report Approval

These users to see only one line in the My Panel Jobs.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

When the recruitment activity has moved through to the Hiring Manager and the Panel Members to finalise and approve the Staff Selection Reports then currently there are duplicate lines displayed in My Panel Jobs for these users. We would like to streamline this and limit confusion.
