The offer card approval process should have the option to resend an email reminder so that the offer card gets approved timely. That option is now currently available on the approval process for the job card. However, it isn't available on the approval process for the offer card. It is helpful to us in HR when we can resend that email as a "friendly" prompt to the approvers. Otherwise, jobs and offers alike sit with people for a ridiculous amount of time because their primary job is not sitting at the computer waiting for offers/jobs to approve.

          What business value are you trying to achieve?
         
        Efficiency when it comes to approving offer cards. Currently, a lot of bottlenecks occur when approving an offer because upper management isn't always at their computer or concerned with their responsibility of approving an offer so that it goes on to the next approver and ultimately to the candidate. The longer people take to approve an offer, the longer it takes to hire and fill a role. If we had the option of prompting a reminder email ad hoc, we would improve the efficiency and metrics important to TA.  |

We are delighted to let you know that you can now resend email reminders to offer approvers who have not responded to the approval request.
This feature is already available in Beta and will soon be deployed to Live on 5th Feb 2025.
