What business value are you trying to achieve?
Why can we not send an email reminder/nudge on offer approvals when the same functionality already exists on the job card approval process?

This is something we would like also and it does exist on job card approvals
This would be good - also consistent with Job Approval.
Ideally as a Note on both job card & Offer
Instead of just repeating the Job/Offer approval message allow a Note to be included that explains why it is being prompted
