Application Status Reminders

The user listed in the hiring manager and/or department administrator role should recieve an email notification when they have an application that has sat in a particular status longer than the predetermined amount of time.

Position Descriptions that are not in an 'Approved' status should be hidden from their incumbents. Staff should not see their own PD when it is in the 'Pending Approval' status being re-evaluated.

Remove Option to select Non-Current Recruitment as a Job Status

My suggestion, is to remove the list of Non-Current Recruitment options from the Status drop down list, and only show the Current Recruitment options. This will remove the risk of a user closing the Job Card via the incorrect method.

Prevent Offer from being created on a closed job you cannot add an applicant to a closed job so you should not be able to initiate a contract on a closed jobs
