Please find a way for hiring manager users (Hiring Manager dashboard) to see the alerts for applicants who have been sitting in a status for no more than a given number of days.
Consistency with recruiter task dashboard outcome of this setting.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Provide visibility of applicants of concern e.g. those who have not responded to an offer. currently this only works for recruiter task dashboard only and not the Hiring Manager dashboard |
