Improve ability to download files when completing application on phone

We have received candidate feedback that it is "Hard to download files from phone" during application process.

Can this functionality please be reviewed?

What business value are you trying to achieve?

We are wanting to make candidate user experience as simple and easy as possible during application process and this has been raised as a limitation

    I feel your pain - so many standard document like immunisation/copy of degree/screening clearances should be able to be stored on your applicant profile just like Resume so they can be easily added to your application and not have to file upload each time from somewhere you have stored the document on your phone

    Hi Paige, out of curiosity do you mean the online offer stage when candidates need to download all the documents to accept?
