Make a field mandatory based on the outcome of another question on the job card.

This will improve the processing time without having the processor to go back to the hiring manager for the necessary information for job advertising.

Ability to Bulk Close jobs

In situations where a customer may have a large amount of roles cancelled by the business, it would be super handy to have the ability to bulk close those roles and choose a reason & comments that goes across all of them.

Make the functions separate so you can remove access to one but not the other.

The feature would be more widely used by our hiring managers if the name and information was redacted on the application form.

Hide confidential team jobs from the applicant card

If the user cannot access the job, then they should also not see the application for that job or any of it's history on the applicant card. If the applicant has applied to other jobs, they should see those, but not the jobs they are not permitted ...

Link Jobs to Campaigns

While working on many jobs, my dashboard can start to fill up and provide less clarity with more openings and campaigns. I think there should be an option to link jobs to a campaign for a more user-friendly view.

Add a column of Last modified date in Job approval processes Configurations

In Job approval processes configurations, add a column of Last modified date, so that users can have a reference. (p.s. in Audit Log, there is NO record of modification in job approval processes)
