Learning calendar integration functionality

Develop the ability at the learning event timeslot level to be able to add a zoom/ms teams/other meeting apps link.

Globally people are learning more in 2020 and its happening increasingly online. Need increase capability to setup courses upfront and not manually email attendee groups

What business value are you trying to achieve?

staff can book into a learning session and it automatically adds a ms teams/zoom record in calendar.

Currently staff book into a learning session and they receive a email to link and add learning event to own calendar. Learning administrator then has to email all attendees the zoom or ms teams link.

    I agree...it should be considered an essential and basic functionality to be able to incorporate a Zoom link, or comparable virtual meeting platform link, into the calendar invite.

    This is an absolutely critical function for us. The ability to add a zoom or teams link against a time slot so that it is included in their calendar invitation should be basic functionality. The manual workaround of emailing all attendees separately and then not having the zoom link in their actual calendar is a poor user experience, extremely clunky and an administrative burden.

    Maybe an automatic comment field per the event timeslot where it can pull in specific directions per the timeslot.

    It would be wonderful if the email confirmation could include the Zoom link pulling from the booking schedule.
