Some of my colleagues and I have been advocating for this improvement for nearly 3 years. I may have submitted the suggestion in the past (e.g., 2-3 years ago, but nothing on this topic since then)

Was the system inadvertently ���refreshed,��� or was my original submission automatically ���regenerated,��� which triggered the response below?

There was no harm on my end caused by the email below; however, I wanted to provide this feedback in case it���s a matter that needs to be looked into on your side.

P.S. I just did a quick check to confirm when I did submit the request���it was created on Jan 31, 2024:

I agree with @Tammie McEvoy...the two ideas she references should be considered together. My apologies to the network...the auto-system query for similar ideas before I made my entry, did not surface the feedback created in 2020.

This would be very helpful, often the original email is lost and staff do not have the teams/zoom link for the session.

adding the ability to turn a calendar booking into a MS Teams (or any other online event) would be useful
