What business value are you trying to achieve?

When attendees receive the email for online meeting. They have to manually copy the link from the email to add to the calendar. When Attendees delete the email they loss the meeting links.

    I agree with @Tammie McEvoy...the two ideas she references should be considered together. My apologies to the network...the auto-system query for similar ideas before I made my entry, did not surface the feedback created in 2020.

    This would be very helpful, often the original email is lost and staff do not have the teams/zoom link for the session.

    adding the ability to turn a calendar booking into a MS Teams (or any other online event) would be useful

    we use a lot of MS Teams
