I agree with @Tammie McEvoy...the two ideas she references should be considered together. My apologies to the network...the auto-system query for similar ideas before I made my entry, did not surface the feedback created in 2020.

This would be very helpful, often the original email is lost and staff do not have the teams/zoom link for the session.
adding the ability to turn a calendar booking into a MS Teams (or any other online event) would be useful
we use a lot of MS Teams
