When participants register (or "book") an Event, they currently receive a confirmation email that includes an Outlook Invite as an attachment. The attached Outlook Invite is a helpful feature as it allows people to efficiently place the event on their calendar.
However, the information that is included in the Outlook Invite is currently not customizable, so there is no way to populate the Outlook invite with login information for virtual workshops. So, for participants registering weeks or months in advance of a workshop to be held online on Zoom, rather than being able to simply find join info in their calendar, they must go back and search for their initial confirmation email.
