Use revision history date for approvals instead of server date

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We need the time/date stamps within our system to be accurate for when action was taken. The fact that we could receive something on 5/17 and approve it on 5/17 but have the date recorded as 5/18 simply due to servers being located in Virginia not only affects our time to post metrics but also could be troublesome in the case of an audit or litigation. The date stamps would reflect an entirely different day than when action was taken simply because we took action after 9PM PST. |
