The field on the panel that combines the targeted questions and resume needs to include the cover letter, certifications and any other documents the candidate has uploaded for their application. This will make it one spot for each panel member to review all documents by the candidate, and it will be easier to short list and review.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
As a panel member, I want to be able to look at the candidate's questions, resumes, cover letter, certifications and any additional information on one screen. Presently, we can only see Targeted Questions and Resume and we have to click the hyper link for any other docs which can be very confusing especially when you are going through 100's of applicants. |
some of the Card view features would be very handy in panel review. ability to look at the documents without having to bulk compile would be very good
