Team access to requisitions - Job Card Permissions - Change to DepartmentID and/or SubDepartmentID

In the manage permission group, change the "teams" assigned to group to departmentID and/or subdepartmentID so the right permission groups can view all requisitions within those departments assigned.

Cascading goals - strategic goal alignment

Currently if you cascade a goal/objective to a team member it cascades the goal without the strategic goal alignment. This idea would be to also cascade the strategic goal alignment so the team member doesn't have to re-enter this or leave it blank.

Cancel button(s) on job card - confirm not selected in error

On the Cancel buttons - make it a two step action. pressing the Cancel button - bring up an "Are you sure you wish to Cancel" message with confirm or escape option
