This would benefit recruiters as matching keywords from the resume to the job description and rank those would allow us to have a cutoff score to not screen resumes that have a low score and save recruiters time.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We currently use screen out questions to reduce the number of unqualified candidates which works, but we would also like the ability to match keywords from the resume to the job description and rank candidates by the number of keyword matched. |
having the features of Talent search actually on the Manage applications/APB page would be a step forward
