Allow the job description that the candidate applied for to be viewed (snapshot at the time they applied for the job) in the applicant profile- even after the job has been removed from the sourcing channel. This way the applicant can view it before the interview and also reference it before apply for future jobs. This would benefit the applicant and recruiting staff and save time emailing the job descriptions to the applicants.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Applicants often call to get a copy of the job posting/description once they get an interview. At this point, the job is no longer sourced so they are unable to find the job on the job board. The job also is no longer shown in their applicant profile. Recruiting spends much time emailing jobs to applicants as applicant don't save a copy of the job description at the time they apply for the job. |
Hmm - already there - the applicant can select View application to look at this information
Might be nice to look at Job information on jobs that have totally closed though
