Useful to save time on data entry. Anyone looking to keep position descriptions updated in their systems would benefit. Mail matcher is an existing tool so there is potential to expand its use.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Currently, we have staff fill out a Position/Job description form using Microsoft Word. It will take a long time to get more staff comfortable as users with PageUp, therefore it would be helpful to be able to send JDs through Mail matcher for the system to pull this info to quickly create a new Position Description. This would save a lot of data entry time. |
