Let managers rate Job Duties on performance reviews! Currently, Job Duties can be pulled in, but they aren't ratable. The attached screenshot is from my own performance review (in test, on a "Rate" step, and as seen by my manager), and it shows just how tantalizingly close we are. It looks like there's an option to rate them, but it's not functional. The box is there, teasing us with its presence while being just out of our reach. We're on the cusp of something great here, and we just need a little extra to add a piece of functionality that's been highly requested within my company.

Allowing managers to rate employees' performance based on their specific job duties as listed on their PDs. |
