Wow, this is a huge issue for us as well. I agree, an email notification would be great if the new manager needs to login to accept their new team member (e.g. the current process). Having this automated would be ideal and an email notification to confirm the update/s.

This is a big issue for our organisation, each day I am dealing with reporting line changes on reviews. It would be great to at least have an email triggered to the new manager so they are aware they need to accept the review
