Automate change of review manager for employee's performance review when the change occurs in position feed

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Currently, via the position feed, a new manager is assigned to the employee, but the manager has to manually go in and accept the change to become the review manager of the employee. As the HRIS system is the source of truth, the manager should not have to go in and manually accept performance review of the employee. This should be automated.

Wow, this is a huge issue for us as well. I agree, an email notification would be great if the new manager needs to login to accept their new team member (e.g. the current process). Having this automated would be ideal and an email notification to confirm the update/s.
Huge issue for us too.
This is a big issue for our organisation, each day I am dealing with reporting line changes on reviews. It would be great to at least have an email triggered to the new manager so they are aware they need to accept the review
