We do not want numerical ratings displaying throughout the review process or on any of the reports - we want to focus on language. We are able to achieve this throughout the review itself and on the report, but not the progress report. We still want the progress report to display, as it breaks down both the employee rating as well as the manager rating - but we do not want numerical values to display.
