It would be helpful if the job duties were an option for the applicant to "view full job description" as a collapsible field instead of listing out all of the duties.
It would also be helpful if the duties could be aligned with the percentages, instead of a strict 1-9 numeric order now. When we list 80%, 20%, the 20% populates first in the job ad, which is misleading since the field name is "% of time", and logic would lead to the 80% block populating first.
