Administrators should be able to control performance reviews so that if they wish to let the performance review process to move to the next step or to disable this unless the administrator pushes the performance review to the next process manually.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We have a staggered approach for performance and don't want our employees to move to the next step for performance until the business is ready to launch the step. With the current setup, once both the employee and manager approves, the performance module automatically moves them to the next step. |
