Date Of Birth - include at initial New Applicant entry

Adds to productivity. It can't be mandatory - sometimes you will not have this information, but it needs to be optional to save time

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

To be able to add date of birth with contact details / tagging etc.
Currently you have to save the new applicant information, then go back in to add the DOB.
