Approval process setup based on Position Management should work on job card saved as draft

When working on a saved "draft" job card, selecting approval process should allow the approvers to be auto populated based on the setup of the approval process. If the approval process is setup based on 1 or 2 levels above the recruited position, these approvers should still appear in the appropriate area upon selecting the approval process.

Current issue is captured in the attached screenshot:

1) initial selection of approval process auto populate the approvers based on position being recruited - 1 level and 2 level above the position can be seen in the screenshot

2) when job card is saved as draft, and when end user returns to the job card, selecting the same approval process, the first two fields no longer auto populate.

This is a bug in the system that should be fixed.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

When a job card is saved as draft, the approval process is removed to avoid accidental incorrect selection upon returning to the saved job card. However, when selecting a new approval process, those setup based on position management no longer worked.
