Provide control similar to Position Description and Job Card, whereby the form is locked down for any edits when approval is underway and of course after it's complete.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Once the person who creates the offer card submits it forward for approval, they are still able to edit the fields they had access to, which is something we do not want happening!!
When the department approver approves the offer card, the creator can still edit the fields they had access to. |
Allowing the edit ability for other permission groups to remain.
Offer card should function like the job req being locked once submitted for approvals. Have never understood why it doesn't.
