Do Not default Recruiter value on job card before approval process is selected when the "Filter job approval process by brand" setting is enabled.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
We would like for the recruiter value not to be defaulted on the job card if a job approval process has not been selected. Currently, when the setting "Filter job approval process by brand" is enabled, the system picks up the fist workflow from given brand and that is the “lowest” ID approval process (the lowest number in the ID). This behavior is counterintuitive. The setting is to allow the job approval processes options to filter based on brand, but defaulting a recruiter based the “lowest” ID approval process (the lowest number in the ID) does not make much sense…especially when this ID is not even visible as part of the job approval process configuration or reportable on the client's side. |
