Notify Search Committee Members when they have been added to a search

When a job is approved, a system notification should be sent to search committee members to notify them they have been added to a search. Currently we have to do this manually outside of the system but it would be a great thing to integrate.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Clear and easy communication and notification about progress of a job.

ideally the panel should know they are a panel member
chair able to provide shortlisting instructions
