Provide the ability to assign applicants to specific search committee members for review and feedback. Search committees would be able to easily view a list of only the applicants assigned to them. On the same page, committee members could:
View the application forms and associated documents. Search committee members don’t necessarily need to be restricted from seeing applicants who are not assigned to them; the main goal is to provide a method for filtering for their specific assignments.
Input selection criteria outcomes, comments, etc. The exact options available (outcomes/comments/rank) would depend on the application status and what options are enabled for that status, just like the current search committee review page/functionality.
One way to address might be to add a new filter and search functionality to the existing search committee review page (“View Applicants”). It could also be a completely new page/feature.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We want to enable search committee members to quickly and easily provide feedback on a select group of applicants. When there are a large number of applicants for a job, committee members may be given specific applicants to review. Currently, it is difficult for them to find their assigned applicants on the search committee review page and enter feedback. |
