While there is no current option to disable or modify the recruitment brief notification, "add collaborator" emails sending to the creator of the form was not intended functionality and has now been addressed.
If you create a recruitment brief, you will no longer receive an email notification.
If you do choose to add another person as a collaborator in the future, they will still be be sent an email.
I will mark this item as a future consideration for editability around the email content, but I hope the currently identified challenge has been addressed by the update we have applied.

I would like to see this request as well. Every time I add a recruitment brief I receive an email from me to me that says I was added as a collaborator after I created the form. This seems redundant. Also, the email message does not make sense even to those that I may add as an additional collaborator. I would like to be able to modify the language in the notification. Or disable it if necessary.
