To save the recruiters time when adding a recruitment brief to a job card, if they could select a Recruiter Group when selecting collaborators instead of adding each individual on the talent management team for each recruitment brief they are creating. Allow the superuser to create a recruiter group in the Recruitment Brief Settings under Users. This is similar to Enhanced Reporting when sharing a report, you can select a permission group like Recruiters.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Recruiters often back each other up and therefore would need to access the recruitment brief that is attached to the job card if they are covering for someone. The recruitment brief settings do not allow the superuser to create a Recruiter Group. Currently, the recruiter has to select each individual person to be a collaborator with the appropriate access to the brief. |

@Guest Hi Liz, in relation to this comment, we've recently activated a way for you to populate a group of users and add them to a form. Population will be based on pre-defined rules you can configure, which automatically assigns members to this group. This functionality will allow you to create a group of recruiters and add them to your recruitment brief.

Improving the scalability of access to particular recruitment briefs is an area actively being investigated - including being able to extend our current "Add collaborator" functionality to allow selection of groups of users (for example, a recruiter group).
