Add a free-text candidate summary to the candidate's profile, to allow future users to quickly identify their work history/ quals and standout attributes without having to review/ trawl through all previous applications and notes.
This information can also be pulled through into a talent community report - making it easy and fast to discuss and review qualified talent pool people with Hiring Managers.

so - access to View Profile when looking at applicants without having to open each applicants. perhaps in line with the recent changes to Card view where View Profile pages would also be visible just like documents currently are
