Allow managers to move performance reviews to the next stage (i.e. from performance planning to ongoing conversations).

Currently an employee must move through each stage of the performance plan and both the employee and manager have to approve before the plan can move into the next stage. It would be better if the manager was able to move the plan to the next stage without requiring the employee to also approve.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

    If we could have the option in configuration, that would be fine - our policy requires both.
