User Management - System should remove position info when user is archived

When a user is archived either manually by a SuperUser or by a PageUp delivered User File the system should remove the Position information from their profile to avoid errors on future requisitions (jobs).

What business value are you trying to achieve?

We had a recent scenario where we were onboarding a rehire. That user logged into their PageUp portal to complete tasks. PageUp unarchived the user. They were still linked to their previous position held more than 6 months ago. A new requisition was created with the same position the rehire previously held so the requisition displayed their name as the incumbent instead of showing position as vacant. This is an ERROR. The person being rehired into a different position but they hadn't started yet or this could have been avoided.

Thank you Liz for your submission.

However, as your CSM explained to you in your earlier conversation, this idea is aligned with the overall product vision.
