The onboarding coordinator is typically someone from human resources and almost always not the hiring manager. The onboarding coordinator field should be blank to allow Human Resources to fill in this field with the appropriate person. The communication template associated with the onboarding step is using the email address in the onboarding coordinator field. We are having to manually change both the onboarding coordinator and the communication template email address with each offer that is accepted.
