Automate communication templates to send from Job status change

Allow communication templates to be sent to line manager and recruiter when a job status is manually changed. Currently we have to manually email the manager when sourcing is added and again once the sourcing ends and the job is moved into an applicant review status.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

    Feedback from our hiring managers is that PageUp is not as intuitive as the other 'self-service' applications they use. For managers who only recruit once or twice a year they need to be able to get through the process without needing to attend a lengthy training session or getting lost in navigation. We were under the impression we could trigger just in time micro learning at each step of the process to help managers know what the next step is and how to navigate to it.

    It's a pity to learn that managers will now have even more reason to complain that PageUp is just not designed for a decentralised recruitment model.
