What business value are you trying to achieve?
Send an email notification when an applicant has not completed their new starter forms in X number of days.

    We have been having an issue with this as well. Sometimes applicants do not have Pop-ups allowed and they don't see the form straight after accepting their contract. A reminder email set within the system set at contract accepted (but no starter form completed) would assist.

    You could do this as a task in onboarding - set a reminder
