Prevent User from seeing jobs at previous Team by creating UserTeamLinkID field

A field that uniquely links a user to a Team can be added to the user table and this is what creates JC or PD visibility for users. This way when a user changes teams and their name is still listed as Recruiter, they will not be able to view the job.
