Permissions for Job status are the same regardless of view type

Currently you can hide certain job statuses in card view but not list view. Shouldn't the permissions be the same regardless of how you are viewing the statuses? If you want to hide status

Application Submitted with populated lProviderID from Job Card

The system should tie the user who moved the application to the position. When someone looks at a record and they see their name as HR that they moved the application this causes confusion.
