Currently when our performance plans move to the next step they send out an automatic reminder. Some steps automatically move to the next step after a specific period of time and this then triggers the notification. This is usually just after midnight which then triggers an email outside of business hours. It would be good to have the ability to control when notifications are sent so we can choose to send them during business hours.
