    tracking and restoring of deleted report

    there should be a functionality to review and restore deleted reports (under enhanced reporting). there may be instances when a report is accidentally deleted.

    In relation to re-hires, onboarding tasks are not added when the associated learning activity has previously been completed

    When an onboarding tasks is a learning activity, onboarding should check whether the learning activity has previously been completed. If the learning activity has been completed and has not expired, it should not be added to onboarding as a task.
