Agreed. We have the same issue and we reemploy on temporary contracts depending on funding. Anywhere we existing details can be picked up would be useful, however they would also need the option to change eg. address or phone contact in case this has changed since their last application.
Ability to parse data from initial application to either (1) background check api, (2) work compliance api and (3) new hire data form would be optimal. Right now a lot, our applicants have to repeat a lot of this information in all three areas listed.
Agreed. We have many applicants that are unhappy they have to submit all their demographic/contact information again. It would be helpful for the data to pre-fill, but have the option to edit.
