Mapping of information from application form to another form eg new starter form

mapping application form responses to responses in a new starter (or any other form).

There is information requested at the time of application that sometimes needs to be verified on the new starter form and to save the applicant re adding the information (sometimes incorrectly) it would be useful if the information they provided in the application can be mapped over to NSF or another form where that they can confirm the information is correct.

We find with DOB sometimes incorrectly input year, such as current eyar instead of birth year. This would give them the opportunity to revise and for us to get the correct date for use in other systems such as payroll.
