Notify user/job owner if a candidate changes response to an event

Notify user/job owner if a candidate changes response to an event

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Problem - Candidates currently have the ability to decline an event via their profile after they have already accepted the event. The issue is there is no change in candidate status or notification sent to the user/job owner advising the candidate has declined. You have to manually check the event to see if they are still attending. Potential Solution - Continue to allow candidates to decline however ensure the candidate status updates to a "decline" status so we can trigger a notification via the additional user email functionality in the status.

We are currently working on a Calendar Integration inititative.

This will be addressed for clients that connect their calendars to PageUp as the invitations to candidates will be trackable so that recruiters/users will see accepted/declined invitations in their calendars as well as subsequent updates for example if a candidate declines after already accepting.

Keep an eye on the Knowledge portal for updates on this inititative. https://knowledgeportal.pageuppeople.com/article/product-development/#interview-scheduling-and-calendar-integration-being-worked-on
