New Job Tile for Hiring Manager - Improve to display number of Current & Non-Current Jobs

The proposed idea is to amend the view on the New Job tile. To include the count for Current and also Non-Current Jobs. It would be an accurate visual for the Hiring Manager to quickly understand that they should explore here. Thank you.

Manage jobs- Search - Currently sourced - identify jobs that have not yet opened

Current Manage jobs search option "Currently sourced" provides Yes/No. it does not distinguish No from jobs where the sourcing channel has not yet opened. Add a third option - "Waiting open" or words to that affect.
