Field for submitter of Job Feedback Survey

Add a field for the user who actually submitted the Job Feedback Survey after a job closes. Currently, we are able to select the hiring manager, but don't know if they forwarded the link to someone else to submit the survey.

    Thank you for your idea. However, this is currently not aligned with our product vision as the job feedback survey is intended to be easily available and anonymous. This helps us reduce barriers that enable better response rates.
