The proposed idea is to amend the view on the New Job tile. To include the count for Current and also Non-Current Jobs. It would be an accurate visual for the Hiring Manager to quickly understand that they should explore here. Thank you.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
When the Hiring Managers have completed a recruitment campaign and the job is now in a non-current status then the Hiring Managers often are not sure how to go back to their Job Card to review reports and applicant card for the hired candidate. The Hiring Manager is asked to navigate back to their Dashboard and click on the New Job tile. However, when they see there is "0 jobs open" then they assume that there is nothing to view. But we know that they can view the status of All jobs. |

This is a very niche use case, so we are marking it as not aligned for now. However, we will revisit it if we hear more customers requesting this feature.
