On initial application - Validate Applicant Name (E.g. A-Z only; or 30 chars max) [To improve integrations with other systems]

On the new-starter form, the ability to do validation is hugely useful. This means we can easily send data to our other systems knowing the send will work. As an improvement idea, it would be fantastic if initial forms allowed the same validation....

Ability to change order of search options in the Learning Library

Remove the Locations and Availability search options from the Learning Library

The Locations and Availability search options aren't relevant to most of our activities in the Learning Library. Our employees aren't going to be using them to search for activities, therefore we need to be able to remove them

Approval Request time & Who approval is with

Show on the job and offer cards what time and date the approval was requested. Ad a column on the manage jobs page to show who the current approval is with. if an approval process is in action.
