Autoarchive applicant events ones timeslots have passed to make it easier for recruiters to identify those with timeslots available

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
When inviting an applicant to an event there is no option to only show active events (those with available timeslots). This makes it difficult to find the correct event. The current workaround is to have recruiters choose an event then click the magnifying glass against timeslots to preview if there are available slot. Recruiters also have to manually archive old events which ideally would automatically happen.
