Remove the Locations and Availability search options from the Learning Library

The Locations and Availability search options aren't relevant to most of our activities in the Learning Library. Our employees aren't going to be using them to search for activities, therefore we need to be able to remove them

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

    The locations filter is also not useful for our business and so the ability to hide it would be good. Also would like the ability to hide the archived filter from staff view as it does not return any results but remains visible.
