Learning - Automatic escalation if learning is past due

Have system email an employees supervisor (if they exist) that their employee is past due date and activity is marked mandatory

Ability to Organize and Package Content in the Learning Library

This would align with the content structure hierarchy offered in most (if not all) other LMSs. This would be benefitial to users in user experience in the ability to navigate large amounts of content, driving up engagement.

Increase SCORM Size capacity

Currently there is a maximum upload size for SCORM files, which is smaller than many other LMS's will accept. Increase size for file upload.

Role based learning - remove activities with booked status when activity no longer required.

When a learning activity is no longer required through role based learning, it should be removed from the development plan when the status is 'booked'.
